MEMBERSHIPS
REFUNDS
Refunds for memberships must be initiated within 2 days of purchase unless there is a problem with your membership where you are not getting the content you paid for. In that case, we can either refund your membership completely or we can fix the account and make sure you get the content you signed up for (We will need your account information to verify that the membership is not working correctly).

TANGIBLE GOODS
RETURNS
Orders that have not yet shipped, can be canceled as long as the goods have not already been created (Prints that are already printed cannot be canceled).
Orders that have already shipped may not be canceled.
RETURNS
As store items are made to order, we only accept returns for products damaged upon arrival.
You have 15 calendar days to exchange a damaged item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
EXCHANGES
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your exchange is approved, we will ship out the replacement item within 5-7 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable, unless approved by the seller in a circumstance in which the seller is at fault for mislabeling or mishandling the item.
REFUNDS
