My account is stuck at “Pending Payment”/I can’t access content after being charged?

I’m a member and some of the content here still redirects to the membership page…?

-Since there are different membership tiers here, some content may not be available to you. Please see the Memberships page for details on what’s included in each package.

-If you are certain you are supposed to have access, please try a different web browser. Sometimes we have issues with Safari.

Where do I sign up for Premium Content?

Please see the “Premium Content Update” at the beginning of every month for a new account to add. This can be found in the blog section on the front page. Please add the account and you will be added back shortly after 🙂

As a member, do I get access to all the sets you’ve posted on Patreon?

Yes! You get access to all sets posted on patreon. As of right now, both Patreon and my site will be hosting the same photo sets although to conform to Patreon’s recent guidline updates, only this website will host close-ups and more “raunchy” photos from the sets. 

Whats the difference between Hopeless HQ and Patreon?

Both Hopeless HQ and Patreon will host my monthly photo sets and rewards for membership, except I think the website will be much easier to view all archived sets then on Patreon. As mentioned above, photo sets on Patreon are more tame as to follow Patreon’s updated guidelines. 

How do I get a refund or make a return on a purchase?
